Obituary for Jeri Wilson

Jeri Wilson
Jeri Dawnielle Wilson, age 44 of Scroggins, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, February 27th, 2018 in Winnsboro, Texas. She was born on September 5th, 1973 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dawnielle was a licensed cosmetologist, however, her career was that of a mother and wife, she excelled at both pursuits. She enjoyed riding her Harley, and the good times and fellowship that involved, as well, she displayed and employed strategies a professional would envy when taking your money at the poker table. A very talented angler, she enjoyed fishing and the lake life, bringing home catches anyone would be proud of, catching, cleaning, cooking and serving some wonderful local fish. Aside from family, Dawnielle’s next greatest passion was her friendships, she had away of fostering new friendships, and consistently being a steward to her long time friendships. For these things she will be remembered.
A woman of faith, Jeri Dawnielle enjoyed the spirituality found in all things around her, her sanctuary was nature, she enjoyed and required the moments in her life that she was surrounded by nature and by friends, and most of all her beautiful family.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bradyn Dawn Loy in 2016, a beautiful young person with similar character to her mom, a sweet young artist, vocalist, and partner in crime with her mom ; also preceding her in death was brother, Jpatrick Aguilar in 2012.
She is survived by, husband, Matt Wilson; mother, Lola Badgewell; father, Jerry and his wife Jennifer Aguilar; best friend, Terri Jeanne Godfroy. A private gathering for family and friends will be held at a later date.
It is suggested that in lieu of flowers, memorials in Dawnielle’s memory be directed to Designate to the Bradyn Dawn Loy Memorial Scholarship. Or by mail to, NTCC Foundation, PO BOX 1307, Mount Pleasant, Texas 75456 also to the Bradyn Dawn Loy Memorial Scholarship.
