An avid sports enthusiast, James's heart beat true for his beloved Dallas teams. Whether cheering on the Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, or Stars, his passion for the game was palpable, uniting friends and family in shared excitement and camaraderie.
James's zest for life extended beyond the sidelines, as he eagerly joined his cousins on the basketball court, reveling in the joy of friendly competition and cherished moments of connection.
For the past 18 years, James dedicated himself to his role in the receiving department at Walmart in Sulphur Springs, where his hard work and dedication left an indelible mark on both colleagues and customers alike.
James was preceded in death by his father, James Willis Henry, Sr., and his beloved wife, Kimberly De La Garza Henry. Though their physical presence may be absent, their memories will forever live on in James's heart.
He is survived by his loving mother, JoAnne Sharp; his cherished son, Clayton Henry; his devoted sisters, Kimberly Henry and Stephanie Henry; his half-brothers, Keith Henry and Kevin Henry; his niece, Sarah Roberts; his nephews, Johnathan Roberts, Joseph Roberts, and Casey Gary; his great niece, Leelann Grace, and a multitude of cousins whose lives were enriched by his presence.
James Willis Henry, Jr. will be remembered for his infectious laughter, unwavering loyalty, and generous spirit. His legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.
