Amanda Rae Parrish

Amanda Rae Parrish, age 26 of Longview, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, in Longview, Texas. She was born August 3, 1996, in Longview to the joy of Daniel Parrish and Lisa Parrish, later adopted and loved by Mia Mangum Parrish. Amanda was a beautiful and loving person who enjoyed working in hospitality, making jewelry, baking, and reading all genres of books. Her greatest joy came from the love she held for her cats--Charlie and Penelope--and her role as Aunt Mandy.

Amanda is preceded in death by mother, Lisa Parrish. Survivors include her parents, Daniel and Mia Parrish of Longview; grandparents, Rita and David Hitt of Longview, and Danny and Kathy Mangum of Lindale; brother, Micah Parrish of Belleville, Ontario; sisters, Katelyn Tyler and her husband, Clay of Plano, and Chelsea Parrish Nutt and her husband, Tyler of Montgomery; nephews, Brayden, Cash, Connor and Maverick; and niece, Audrey; as well as a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Rosewood Park Cemetery located at 1884 Farm to Market Rd 1844 in Longview, Texas. Services will be conducted by Donald Love. Pallbearers will be Banks Beaty, Brighan Beaty, Tyler Nutt, and Clay Tyler.
