Andrew E. Jackson

Andrew E. Jackson, 58 of Scroggins, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2008. He was born September 21, 1950 in Ft. Worth to the late, Grady and Frankie Burkett Jackson. He was worked for the Sulphur River Exploration Company out of Gilmer as an oil field lease operator, and he was a baptist. He is survived by his wife, Marie Dacus of Scroggins; three sons, Andrew D. Jackson and wife Marjorie of Scroggins, Eugene Jackson and wife Angie of Cookville, Jay Jetton and wife Ashley of Scroggins; one daughter, Andrea Miller and husband Tracy of Winnsboro; two brothers, James Jackson and wife Marla of Scroggins, Albert Jackson and wife Georgia of Mabank; six sisters, Barbara Ellison of Colorado, Marilyn Gardner and husband J.T. of Winnsboro, Evelyn Alsobrook and husband R.T. of Mt. Pleasant, Betty Cummings and husband Tommy of Fairfield, Juanita Blackmon of Dallas, Shirley Williams and husband Doug of Arkansas; mother-in-law, Shirley Dacus of Mt. Vernon; twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
