Ann Sims

Mrs. Ann Sims, age 69, of Winnsboro, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 in Winnsboro. Ann was born in Plainview on April 24, 1946 to Raymond Jarrett and Wilma Davidson Jarrett Harbin. She owned a garden center at Lake Cypress, and was a member of Cornerstone Church in Mt. Vernon. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Jarrett; husband, J.R. Sims; and sister, Cathy Davis. She is survived by her son, Rex Winkle and wife Cindy of Winnsboro; daugther, Kim Sanchez and husband Rene of Winnsboro; mother, Wilma Harbin of Winnsboro; sister, Vicki King of Winnsboro; six grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
