Arnold Chilton Farris, age 96, died Saturday, March 19, 2011 in Tyler, Texas. He was born on Sunday, August 30, 1914 in Quitman, Texas to the late Meredith and Trannie Farris.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Estelle Farris; one brother and two sisters.
He is survived by a daughter, Linda Farris of Mineola; and several nieces and nephews.
