Aubry Lee Seal

Aubry Lee Seal passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at his home in Pickton at the age of 92. He was born on November 16, 1918 in Phoenix, AZ., to the late Raleigh A. and Nola V. Hollaway Seal. He was a retired dairy farmer, was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II, and was active in Tabernacle Baptist Church and Bethel Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Exie Mae Seal in 2008; also preceding him, three brothers, Richard C. Seal, William C. Seal, and Harold D. Seal, Sr.; and two sisters, Maudie May Jones, and Doris Scott. He is survived by a son, Donald Lee Seal and wife Jan of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.; granddaughter, Debra Lynn Seal of Redondo Beach, CA.; brothers, Rachel "Ray" Seal of Robert Lee, TX., Bobby J. Seal and wife Patricia of Hobbs, NM., Elbert Len Seal and wife Charlene of Arlington, TX. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 12 PM at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Pickton, with Bro. Patrick Gernenz officiating; burial will follow at Little Hope Cemetery in Wood County, family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Beaty Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
