B.A. Parrish

B.A. Parrish, Jr., age 83, of Mineola, Texas, died Tuesday, August 26, 2008, in Mineola, Texas. Mr. Parrish was was a member of First Baptist Church. He was also a member of Mineola Masonic Lodge 33rd and Past President of Mineola Country Club. He was the son of the late B.A. Parrish and the late Lois (Hastin) Parrish. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Theresa Stevens. He is survived by his wife Grace Parrish of Mineola; one daughter, Marsha Smith of Baycity, Texas; one son, Michael Parrish of Dallas, Texas; one sister, Dorothy Cowan of Houston, Texas; and one grandchild, Lauren Parrish of Dallas.

Arrangements are being handled by Beaty Funeral Home, P.O. Box 209, Mineola, Texas. Funeral service will be at First Baptist Chuch at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 30, 2008 , Dr. Mark Neeley and Dr. James Thompson
