Barbara A Chambers

Barbara A. Chambers, age 74, died Thursday, November 24, 2011 in Quitman, Texas. She was born on Saturday, August 14, 1937 in Crow, Texas to the late Virgil and Zora Slayton.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Debbie Melton; four brothers, Lloyd, Charles, Barney and Johnny Slayton; and one sister, Dorothy Starnes.

She is survived by three sons, Colton Lawrence and wife Arlene of Mineola, Texas, Steven Lawrence and wife Lisa of Ben Wheeler, Texas, and Ben Lawrence of Huntsville, Texas; a daughter, Brenda Mize and husband Butch of Mineola, Texas, nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
