Barbara Ann Taylor

Barbara Ann Taylor was born on January 1, 1940. She was the daughter of Herman F. and Irene (Bellomuy) Benthul. She is survived by six children, James Abrams of Golden, TX, Karen Musgraves and husband Craig of Golden, TX, Paul Abrams of Austin, TX, and Kevin Taylor of Victor, Colorado, Brad Taylor and wife Stepanie of Joelton, TN, Cheryl Taylor Tobia of NJ; a sister Joyce (Benthul) Terrell, twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband George H. Taylor and step-son George H. (Hal) Taylor.

Barbara was a registered nurse. She worked in the nursing industry for nearly fifty years. She worked for Cosby-Germany hospital in Grand Saline, TX up until it closed in 2013.

Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, December 20 at 12:00 at The First United Methodist Church in Golden, TX. In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made to APET of Mineola or The Alzheimer’s Association.
