Becky J. (Honeycutt) Altmeyer

Mrs. Becky Jane Honeycutt Altmeyer, age 69, of Sachse, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. Becky was born on November 15, 1946 in Hopkins County to the late David and Mary Cushman Honeycutt. She worked as a Telephone Representative for AT&T and Southwestern Bell, retiring after 35 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Baxter Honeycutt. She is survived by her loving husband, David Altmeyer of Sachse; sons, Stephen Edward Holt and wife Heather of Rowlett, Robert Glyn Holt of Castro Valley, CA.; brothers, Kenneth Honeycutt and wife Gaye of Knoxville, TN., Billy Jack Honeycutt and wife Jeanne of Houston, David Michael Honeycutt and wife Deann of Houston; sisters, Marie Fulton of Grand Prairie, Ann Golden and husband Joe of Key West, Fl.; grandchildren, Melissa Ann Holt, Eric Stephen Holt, Audrey Elise Holt, and Cole Alexander Sparks; numerous nieces and nephews, and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 1:00PM to 2:30PM at Beaty Funeral Home of Winnsboro; graveside services will follow at Lee Cemetery in Winnsboro at 3:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dallas SPCA.
