Bennie R. Neighbors

Mrs. Bennie R. Neighbors, age 72 of Quitman, passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2010 in Quitman. She was born in Winnsboro on June 14, 1937 to Vern T. Reneau and Norene Smith Reneau. She was a retired school teacher from Quitman ISD, active in the Quitman community, and attended Pickton United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, V.T. Reneau. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Don Neighbors of Quitman; mother, Norene Reneau Blundell of Winnsboro; sons, Brent Neighbors of Lake Fork, Brian Neighbors and companion Monique Perez of Quitman; two brothers, Larry Reneau and wife Shirley of Winnsboro, Rickey Reneau and wife Cindy of Winnsboro; grandchildren, Brandon Neighbors and wife Heather, Chris Osbourne, Tory Rushing and husband Jason, Colton Searcy, Sydney Neighbors, Tanner Neighbors, Robert, Renegade, and Jordan Perez; great grandchildren, Tyson, Jacelyn, Tierany, and Kipton Neighbors, Trey and Shyli Rushing; and numerous nieces and nephews.
