Bertha L. Sanford

Mrs. Bertha L. Pinson Sanford, age 88 of Winnsboro, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2008. She was born in Wood County on November 2, 1919 to the late Hollis and Oma Monday Pinson. She was a homemaker, a baptist, and a member of the Eastern Stars. She was preceded in death by her husband, John "Buster" Sanford on February 5, 1998; and a brother, Curtis Pinson. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Pat Riley of Winnsboro; a son, Phil Sanford of Dallas; a sister, Joy McManus of Greenville; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
