Betty Ann Goodson

Betty Ann Goodson, 64, of Naples, Texas, joined God's children in Heaven on January 12, 2022. She was born on November 8, 1957, in Beaumont, Texas, to the late Lonnie Goodson and Nita June Attaway. Betty was a woman who loved the simple things of life. She brought a smile to her family and friends that will never be forgotten. Betty loved her Lord and Savior and was thankful to God for all the blessings she received. She loved her children and grandchildren and they will miss her with all their hearts. Betty is survived by her sons Paul Sims, Jr., Danny Ray Sims and wife Skyliar, daughter Brandie Currey and husband Traylor, 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, sisters Charlotte Goodson and husband Larry Nichols, Martha Goodson, and Janice Daniel and husband Greg. A graveside service will be held at Smyrna Cemetery in Winnsboro, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m., Sunday, January 16, 2022.
