Betty Ray Horton

Betty Ray Horton, age 78 of Houston, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2009. She was born in Winnsboro on November 5, 1930 to the late Joseph W. and Nancy Motts Morris. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Vickie Lynn; brothers, William, Joseph, and Perry Morris; sister, Juanita Morris Steele. She is survived by daughter, Kathy Horton and husband Clay of Madison, Alabama; son, Jimmy Horton and wife Marsha of Pearland; brother, Weaver Morris and wife Janette of Mims, Florida; sister, Mary Cobb of Everman; and three grandchildren.
