Betty Ann Noble, 84, of Winnsboro, Texas, passed away on March 21, 2025. She was born on April 7, 1940, in Winnsboro, Texas, to Louis H. Noble and Doris Kennemer Turner.


A longtime resident of Northeast Texas, Betty was a hardworking and entrepreneurial woman, owning and operating several small businesses throughout the region. She was a longtime and devoted member of Cartwright Baptist Church, where she found great joy in her faith and community.


Betty had a deep love for nature and animals, dedicating much of her time to gardening, reading, and raising Quarter Horses. She was also a talented artist, expressing her creativity through her work.


She is survived by her daughter, Carla Baxley and her husband, Gene; her sister, Frances Keith and her husband, Johnny; three grandchildren, Jordan Baxley, Cody Poe, and Justin Poe; and two great-grandchildren, Maddox and Landon. She was preceded in death by her son, Dan Richard Poe, her granddaughter, Caitlin Baxley, and niece Vicki Clark and husband Glen and nephew, David Paul Keith and wife, Vicki Rhea.


Betty will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and the many lives she touched. Her legacy of love, hard work, and creativity will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
