Beverly Lynn Prestidge

Beverly Lynn Smith-Prestidge, age 57, died Thursday, May 26, 2011 in Mineola, Texas.

She was born on Saturday, April 24, 1954 in Tyler, Texas to Don and Peggy Smith.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mineola and a Mortuary School graduate. She was an animal enthusiast and nature lover as well as an eclectic interior designer.

She is preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Joe Smith and Mellie and Annie Mac Rogers; and a brother Michael Ray Patterson.

She is survived by her parents, her husband, Michael Prestidge; a son, Judd Pippins; two daughters, Julie Stiner and Lauren Pippins; two step-daughters, Polly Littlefield and Micah Steward; two grand-daughters, Ruby Madeline Stiner and Kloie Pippins; and a family friend, Nate Doss.

A memorial service will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 1:00 PM with Rev Lamar E. Smith officiating.
