Billie Burke West

Mrs. Billie Burke West, age 91 of Winnsboro, passed away on Thursday, November 17th, 2016 in Winnsboro. She was born on March 20th, 1925 in Bonham, TX to the late Willard Vineyard and Effie Mae Edens Vineyard. Mrs. West worked with the Winnsboro Housing Authority for many years before retiring. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leslie Morris West and daughter, Donna McLeroy. She is survived by son, Ronnie West and wife Paula of Winnsboro; brothers, Jerry Vineyard of Arizona and Harold Vineyard of Waxahachie; six grandchildren, Rachel, Heath, Jacob, Kase, Logan and Wilder; three great grandchildren, Colt, Collin and Wesley. Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
