Billy Roy Plunk

Billy Roy Plunk Sr., 80, of Mineola, Texas, died on January 13, 2014. He was born on Saturday, December 16, 1933 to the late Roy Monroe and Bertha Plunk. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Joann Plunk and a sister.

He is survived by his two sons; Billy Roy Plunk Jr. of Ft. Worth, TX, Danny Wayne Plunk of Mineola, TX; three daughters; Karen Plunk of Ft. Worth, Alicia E. Plunk of Moultrie, GA, and Holly Joanna Plunk of Hughes Springs, TX; brother, James L. Plunk and wife Carol of Mineola, TX; seven grandchildren, Colt, Sierra, Kaila, Vincent, Rylee, Josiah, and Wesley; several nieces, nephews and other extended close family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Beaty Funeral Home, Mineola. Funeral service will be held at Beaty Funeral Home on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM officiated by Rev. David M. Schmidt.
