Billy Eugene Stuart

Billy Eugene Stuart, age 84, died Tuesday, August 20, 2013 in Tyler, Texas. He was born to the late Otto and Alma Stuart. Mr. Stuart was the proud owner of the Serendipity Mall in Mineola since 1999. He was an active life long member of the VFW, Mineola Post, where he was Commander for several years.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Edward Stuart and wife Grace, Harold Stuart and wife Marion, and Jeff Stuart; and a sister, Mettie Perry and husband Jay.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Molly Stuart; a son Wade H. Stuart and wife Staci of Gilmer, Texas; grandchildren, Brody H. Stuart and Brogan D. Stuart of Gilmer, Texas; two sisters, Dorothy Thomas and Charlene McGuire, both of San Antonio, Texas; twenty seven nieces and nephews.

Memorial service was held for Mr. Stuart at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Beaty Funeral Home, Mineola and was officiated by Scott Hausler. Family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Rancho Cemetery Fund at Nixon State Bank, P. O. box 188, Nixon TX 78140. Rancho Cemetery is our family cemetery and is where Mr. Stuart will be buried.
