Mr. Bobby McAdams Sr., age 84 of Emory, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2019 in Emory. He was born on May 7, 1935 in Winnsboro to the late Lee McAdams and Pauline Hallman McAdams.
Bobby was a retired truck mechanic and member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Peggy McAdams; son, Bobby McAdams, Jr.; daughters, Valree Spikes and Rita Rutledge; and sister, Mary Lou McVay.
He is survived by his daughters, Doris Jean Johnson of Emory and Carrie Diane Spikes of Emory; brother, Claude Dreburn McAdams of Emory; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at Beaty Funeral Home-Winnsboro 816 W. Broadway Winnsboro, TX 75494. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 at Maple Springs Cemetery HWY 11 E. Newsome, TX at 11:00 am, Bro. Jimmy Jarrett conducting.
