Virgil Bruce Keys Jr., 65, passed away peacefully at his home on July 13, 2026. He was born on August 19, 1960, to Virgil Bruce Keys Sr. and Gloria Keys.

Bruce was a man known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the pride he took in everything he did. He was neat, organized, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Throughout his life and travels, Bruce had a special ability to make friends wherever he went, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know him.

Bruce was a dedicated foreman who took great pride in his work and the people he worked alongside. His leadership, reliability, and commitment reflected the man he was. He enjoyed the freedom of riding his Harley Davidson, spending time fishing, golfing, and being out on his boat. Above all, Bruce was a family man who cherished the time he spent with those he loved.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Bruce Keys Sr. and Gloria Harvell; and his son-in-law, Allen Everett Webb. Bruce is survived by his loving daughter, Christina Webb; his sisters, Janet and Billie Faye; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Naythen, Jacolby, and Rusty; and his nephew, Tad. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A memorial service honoring Bruce's life will be held at Beaty Funeral Home on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Bruce's memory will live on through the many lives he touched, the friendships he made, and the love he shared with his family.
