Carl Allen Isham

Allen Isham, a cherished soul known for his kindness and love, passed away peacefully at his home in Mineola, Texas, on August 2, 2024. Born on June 27, 1982, in Dallas, Texas, to Michael Isham, Sr. and Linnie Self Isham, Allen lived a life rich in love and simplicity.

Allen graduated from Clifton High School in 2000. He found joy in the tranquility of country life. His greatest pleasures were tending to the yard, embarking on trips to Lake Hugo and Lake Murray in Oklahoma. He treasured time together with his family.

Allen's heart was as expansive as his spirit. His gentle nature and deep affection for his family and friends will be sorely missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Isham, Sr.; his maternal grandparents, Carl and Sylvia Self; and his paternal grandparents, Joe Allen and Ruby Isham.

He is survived by his loving mother, Linnie Green and her husband, Robin; his brothers, Michael Isham, Jr. and his wife, Gina and Warren; his sisters, Dusty, Whitney and Kelli; his bonus mom, Martha; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom carry forward his legacy of warmth and kindness.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 11th at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola followed by the funeral service to remember Allen's memory at 2:00 p.m. Dr. Mark Neeley officiating. Those to serve as his pallbearers will be Mikey Self, Michael Self, Michael Isham, Jr., Mark Self, Zach Reynolds, and Sam Self. Interment will follow the funeral in Roselawn Memorial Gardens-Mineola, Texas.

Allen's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His life, though too brief, was filled with moments of joy and the enduring love of family.
