Carolyn June Riley

Mrs. Carolyn June Riley, age 71 of Mineola, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 in Quitman. She was born on February 2, 1951 in Dallas to the late Norman Woods and Patricia Parde Woods.

Carolyn worked for Walmart in Lindale and Mineola. Carolyn loved British sitcoms and visiting Renaissance festivals. She loved gardening and traveling, often going to Florida, multiple trips to Mexico and her bucket list trip to Ireland.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Mae Lamb. Survivors include her daughters, Michell Crawford of McKinney and Crystal Arcand and husband, Michael of Mineola; brothers, David Woods and wife, Karen of Odessa Florida, Greg Woods and wife, Renee of Arlington and Norman Woods of Ft. Worth; seven grandchildren, Tyler(Lacey), Cassidy, Corey, Brandon, Sage, Bethany, and Sam; four great granddaughters, Madison, Hannah, Haven, and Morgan.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 Mineola, TX. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Beaty Funeral Home with Bro. Ronny Polley conducting.
