Carrie became a single mother of 4 in 1962 and soon after started her own business as a seamstress making draperies for over 20 years. She continued sewing for her “customers” to the age of 86. She was a member of the First Christian Church for over 50 years where she served in many capacities. Carrie’s passions were her family, her faith, cooking, sewing and serving others in every way possible. She was living proof that dynamite truly does come in small packages. To say she will be sorely missed is an understatement on the grandest of scales. To know Carrie is to know love in its purest form.
