Cecil Charlie Fulfer, age 55, died Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010 at his home in Holly Lake Ranch, Texas. He was born on Tuesday, May 3rd, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to the late Cecil and Doris Fulfer. He performed and taught the thespian arts and was a member of the Screen Actor's Guild.
He is survived by his three sisters, Anita Bird of Hawkins, Texas, Cathy Kelley also of Hawkins, and La donna Terrien of Dallas.
