Cecilia Simmons

Mrs. Cecilia Pearson Simmons passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the age of 66. She was born on March 29, 1943 to Odis Elmer Helms and Winnie Mamye Buchanan Helms. Mrs. Simmons was preceded in death by a daughter, Cherie Lynn Dettman; son, James William Dettman and by two brothers. Survivors include sons, John William Dettman of Greenville, George Marshall Pearson of Leesburg, Gregory A.C. Pearson of Granbury and Charles C. Pearson of Pickton; brothers, Tommy Helms of Hillsboro and Delbert Helms of Hillsboro; sisters, Daisy Wells of Santa Anna and Dale Helms of Hillsboro; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
