Chaney Wren Wallis

Chaney was a precious daughter of the Lord Jesus Christ and shared her love and joy everywhere she went. She would breeze into any room and leave it brighter for being there. Her smile and laughter were contagious however, the real magic of Chaney was her ability to make anyone she met feel special and important. She was described by one of her cousins as being like glitter; she made everything more beautiful, and if you were around her, you couldn't help but get glitter on you too.

She was a student at Winnsboro Christian Academy where she touched the lives of her peers and teachers. She had a passion for reading and was actively learning Hebrew, and wanted to learn Greek so she could completely understand the word. She found a love for running and participated in cross county. Her favorite summer activity was attending Camp Deer Run for two weeks every year.

She loved to make bread and crocheting with her friend while watching old movies. She loved her animals and managed her home zoo seriously. She loved her parents and doted on her little sister.

Chaney is survived by her parents, Justin and Kali Wallis, her little sister Millie Kate, her brother Carter Giles and wife Reigann, her cherished nephew Quincy. Her grandparents: Tommy Wallis, Carlton and Gloria Stringer. Great-grandmother Delores Kuykendall. A very large family of aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Debbie Wallis and uncle Chad Wallis.

Chaney's life was all to brief but she would not want us to lengthen it with undue grief. So we will smile and celebrate the time we had with her.
