Charles Robert Johnson

Charles Robert Johnson, age 87, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in Lindale, Texas. He was born on Thursday, May 14, 1925 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Charles and Marie Johnson. He was retired from the United States Navy and from the City of Ft. Worth as a Water Treatment Operator.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Jean Johnson and Shirley Passmore.

He is survived by his wife Louise Johnson of Lindale, Texas; a sister, Joan Ogden of Louisville, Kentucky; a step-son, Clint Silverthorne of Alba, Texas; a step-daughter, Debbie Crews of Garland, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, January 28, 2013 at St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church in Mineola with Father Tom Pantle officiating.
