Charles Tom Mccurdy

Mr. Charles "Tom" McCurdy, age 63 of Winnsboro, passed away, Monday, November 26, 2007 in Tyler. He was born in Pine Bluff Arkansas on July 4, 1944, to the late Paul and Lucille Barrentine McCurdy. He was in the produce business in Dallas before coming to Winnsboro and opening McCurdy's Catfish on Highway 37.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Shirley Goodrich McCurdy of Winnsboro; three sons, David Thomas McCurdy of Bedford, Charles Douglas McCurdy of Winnsboro, Russell Everette McCurdy of Mt. Vernon; one daughter, Anna Rachelle Harrell of Winnsboro; two brothers, Gene McCurdy of Kerens, Bobby McCurdy of Decatur; two sisters, Dorothy Hicks of Winnsboro, Shirley Connerly of Kerens; two grandchildren, Shannon and John McCurdy.
