Cherryl Franklin Carroll, a devoted mother and dedicated worker, passed away on June 26, 2024, in Winnsboro, Texas. Born on October 17, 1944, to Riley "Hap" Havens and Lena May Thompson, Cherryl lived a life filled with love and service.


Cherryl was a proud and loving mother to her son, Charles Carroll. She was always quick to support Charles in all his endeavors, embodying the spirit of a truly caring parent. Her dedication extended beyond her family to her work with the Army Air Force Exchange Services. Throughout her career, Cherryl ensured that our troops were well-supported, never lacking the essentials they needed.


Cherryl's legacy of love and dedication lives on through her son, Charles Carroll of Winnsboro, Texas. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Riley "Hap" Havens and Lena May Havens.


Cherryl's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her contributions to her family and

her country will never be forgotten.
