Cheryl Betts

Cheryl Cabañeros Betts, age 41, of Mineola, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Cheryl was born September 11, 1977 in the Philippines to Rogelio Saylen Cabañeros and Roberta Jamis Tan. Cheryl was a loving daughter and wife who loved singing Karaoke, spending time with her family and pets, Bo and Tippy. Cheryl enjoyed life and adored her family. She appreciated all the time she got to spend with them. She was happiest with her family by her side. She will be sorely missed by all who were blessed to know her. Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Rogelio Cabañeros; and father-in-law, Charles Betts. She is survived by her loving husband, John Betts; mother, Roberta Tan; brothers, Rodiel Tan Cabañeros and Gilbert Tan Cabañeros; mother-in-law, Carolyn Betts and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation for Cheryl will be held from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Beaty Funeral Home, 5320 S St. Hwy 37 Mineola, Texas 75773. Funeral Services will follow with Pastor Charles Brewster officiating. Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Mineola with Ashley Respress, Phillip John Respress, Jesse Betts, Brian Betts, Kevin Hudson, and James Greer serving as pallbearers.
