Chester Baker

Mr. Chester Baker of Mineola passed away Fbruary 11, 2007 at the age of 80. He was born July 15, 1926 to the late Chester Carswell Baker and to the late Beulah (English) Baker in Gardendale, Texas. He has lived in Mineola for 20 years having moved from San Antonio, Texas. He attended the First Baptist Church in Mineola and was retired from Aramark as Plant Manager. He is preceded in death by one infant brother, sister, Juanita Robertson, brother, Bill Baker, and son, Melvin Baker. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Pearl Baker of Mineola, Texas; mother-in-law, Vera Arnett of Mineola, Texas; special adopted son, John Brady of Whitehouse, Texas; three daughters and son-in-laws, Vickie and Ed Neyra of Mesquite, Texas; Rita and David Carroll of Mineola, Texas, and Deb and Richard Euler of Mesquite, Texas; brother, Ray and Mary Baker of Mineola, Texas; sister, Dorothy Baker of Mineola, Texas; six grandchildren, one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
