Colonel Cleatus Martin

Lt. Colonel Cleatus Martin of Mineola, Texas passed away, May 14, 2007 at the age of 84. He was born January 1, 1923 to the late Homer H. Martin and Rachel M. (MacIver) Martin in Casa Grande, Arizona. He retired from the United State Air Force after serving 22 years. He was a member of the Wood County Pilots Association. He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Joyce Martin on March 27, 2006 and son Michael Martin in November of 2006. He is survived by one daughter, Jan Ladell Martin of California; three brothers, Earl Martin of South Carolina, Jack Martin of Arizona, and Morris Martin of Arizona; one sister, Sadie Martin of Arizona; four grandchildren, Scott Martin, Chris Martin, Jason Martin, Michelle Saldonna; and eight great grandchildren.
