Dan Cole

Mr. Dan Cole of Tyler, Texas passed away February 7, 2007 at the age of 75. He was born August 10, 1931 in Mineola, Texas to the late William Vess Cole and to the late Lou Ella (Shaw) Cole. He had lived in Tyler most of his life. He served 13 years in the United States Air Force and wa a member of the American Legion Post #12. He retired from Tyler Pipe after 14 years of service. He is preceded in death by his wife, Laveda Dunn Cole and by several brothers and sisters. He is survived by step-mother, Donie Cole of Hawkins, Texas; two daughters, Sheila Cole of Winona, Texas and Karen Sweatt of Big Sandy, Texas; one sister, Dorothy Sandifer; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
