Danny Steven Rouse

Danny Steven Rouse, age 67, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 3, 2025. Danny will be missed by many friends and family.

Danny is survived by his wife of 40 years Robin Rouse of Mineola. He is also survived by his sister Tammy Leaverton and husband Henry also a daughter Staci Cole and a grandson Clayton Soles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Danny was preceded in death by his father and mother, James and Joanne Rouse along with three brothers Mark, Robbie, and Mike.

Danny was born in Dallas Texas on November 23, 1957. His family moved to Mineola when he was just a teenager where Danny attended Mineola schools. Danny graduated from Mineola high school in 1976. After graduating high school Danny became a brick layer. Danny loved doing the brick laying and his handy work can be seen here in Mineola Texas. This includes monuments that Danny built for the Mineola youth foundation ballpark. Danny was also once a member of the Mineola youth foundation. Danny worked hard to start his business and thrive in his work. His wife Robin was there with him to encourage and support him along the way. Danny was a God-fearing man and he made an impact on so many lives. However, we can find solace in the fact that Danny has a brand new body and we will meet him again one day. To know Danny was to love Danny.

Danny would go to the end of the Earth for those he loved, especially for the love of his life Robin. The 40 years that they shared together as husband and wife are a testament to the unending love between them. Danny had a smile and personality that could light up a room. Danny loved life and loved living life to its fullest!

A funeral service for Danny is scheduled for Friday, August 8, 2025 at 10 AM at Beaty funeral home in Mineola Texas. It will be officiated by Danny’s nephew Brandon Rouse and his best friend of over 50 years Bill Waldon. Interment will be held at Rogers cemetery in Grand Saline following the service.
