David Blaine Alexander, 75, of Scroggins, Texas, went home to be with his loving Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 2, 2026, following a lengthy and courageous battle with end-stage renal disease.
David was born on June 8, 1951, in Dallas, Texas, to F.C. and Marguerite Alexander. He grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas, alongside his brothers Gary, James, Grant, and John, and his sister Margaret.
The Alexanders were raised to hunt, fish, and enjoy the great outdoors, and David was no exception. If you ever asked him his favorite color, his answer would probably have been camo!
David always had a story to tell, a song to sing, or Jesus to share with anyone he encountered. He never missed an opportunity to share his faith and love for the Lord, even with his nurses and technicians during his hospital stays.
In 2005, God brought David and Robyn Alexander together through their shared love of singing. In March 2007, they were married, beginning a beautiful journey together.
David was preceded in death by his father, F.C. Alexander; his mother, Marguerite Alexander; his brothers Gary and James; his sister Margaret; sister Marjorie Lynn and his daughter, Lindsay.
He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Robyn Alexander; his daughter, Crystal Alexander; his grandchildren, Ariel Ray,Dustin Ray, and Sean Alexander; his brothers, Grant and wife Merlene, and John and wife Becky; along with many other beloved family members and friends.
Although David's family and friends will miss him deeply, they find peace and comfort in knowing that his earthly suffering has ended. He is now healed, whole, and resting in the loving arms of his Savior.
David fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith. His family rejoices in the promise that one day they will be reunited with him in Heaven.
Romans 8:18
"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."
