Don David Mewborn

Don David Mewborn, age 62, died Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in Mineola, Texas. He was born on Tuesday, August 2, 1949 in Texarkana, Arkansas to the late Carl David and Lula Bea Mewborn. He served in the United States Army and was a retired Railroad Engineer. He attended Central Baptist Church in Mineola and was a member of the VFW Post # 9828 in Lindale, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Mewborn; two daughters, Lea Reynolds and husband Scott of Golden, Texas and Shelly Louderman and husband Daniel of Mineola; and four grandchildren, Hanna Louderman, Brooke Louderman, Chloe Louderman and Alexander Reynolds.

Visitation for Mr. Mewborn will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012 at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola from 6 - 8 PM.

Funeral services will be held at Central Baptist Church in Mineola on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Merle Parker officiating.
