Dorothy Stuart Owen, 90, of Alba, TX passed away on Friday, December 19, 2014 in Dallas, TX. Ms. Owen was born on Tuesday, April 1, 1924 in Ft. Worth, TX to the late Charles and Allie Stuart. She was a member of the Iris Garden Club of Alba/Golden and an avid Bridge player.
Ms. Owen is preceded in death by her husband, AJ Owen; three brothers; two sisters, Dorris Maggret and Ina Mae Jones.
She is survived by a son, Jay Stuart Owen of Ft. Worth, TX; daughters, Janice Hopkins and husband Jimmy of The Colony, TX and Cindie Gant; four grandchildren, Christopher, JC, James and Reid; several nieces and nephews.
