Dorris Stuart Maggret

Dorris Stuart Maggret, age 88, died Wednesday, September 26, 2012 in Mineola, Texas. She was born on Tuesday, April 1, 1924 in Ft. Worth, Texas to the late Charles and Allie Stuart. She was a member of China-Burma-India and various bridge groups.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Marion Maggret; a son, Bernard Marion Maggret, Jr.

She is survived by five grandchildren, Cindie Gant and husband, Donny of Mineola, Texas, Merry Prather and husband Michael of McKinney, Texas, Cheryl Cisneros and husband Mike of San Antonio, Texas, Michael Maggret and wife Tiffany of Bridgeport, Texas, and Becca Maggret of New York, New York; ten great-grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Kayser, Caleb, Corbin and Parker Gant, McKenna and Mason Prather, Rylee and Meghann Maggret, and Emma Cisneros.

Visitation for Mrs. Maggret will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola on Friday, September 28, 2012 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Charles Long officiating.
