Dovie Lee Phillips Bounds 88 years old, passed to heaven at 3:17 a.m. Wednesday, October 24th 2019. Mrs. Bounds was preceded in death by husband of 46 years David O. Bounds; dad Daniel Lawson Phillips, mom Velva Crystal Ragsdale; grandson Shawn Bounds 4 brothers James L. Phillips, Lorial L. Phillips, Roy M. Phillips, Ken D. Phillips and various other family members. Mrs. Bounds is survived by daughter Devaline Putman, son-in-love Richard Putman of Dallas, four sons David A. Bounds of Longview, Weldon L Bounds of Longview, Duane K. Bounds of Houston, MS, Mark S. Bounds and Kimberly Bounds sister-in-love of Tyler. 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters Nell Hubbard, Alice Phillips, Loryn Barbee, John Barbee brother-in-love, 1 brother Everit W. Phillips and sister-in-love Sherry Phillips and numerous nieces and nephews.
