Dr. John C. Lee D.D.S

Dr. John C. Lee, 69, of Mineola, Texas, died Saturday morning, December 9th, 2023, with his family by his side. He battled major health issues over the last several years that challenged his body but left his sense of humor and mischievous spirit intact. He was a beloved father, husband and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Dr. Lee was born on October 30th, 1954, in Houston, Texas to the late KC and Elizabeth (Betty) Lee. He spent his formative years in Houston. He went on to attend Southwest Texas State University, followed by the University of Texas at Houston School of Dentistry. He moved to Mineola in 1981 where he began his career as a dentist. Throughout his career, he was known for his hard work, dedication and passion for helping others.

Dr. Lee is survived by his brother Joe Lee and wife Angela of Houston, TX, sister Janet Carlin and husband Mark of Houston, TX, children, Brant Lee of Mineola, TX, Brian Lee and wife Stephanie of Conroe, TX, Amanda Fall and husband Clint of The Colony, TX, and his grandchildren, Brooke Lee, Brighton Lee, Evan Fall, Emma Fall, Easton Fall & Rylan Lee.

Dr. Lee is preceded in death by his father KC Lee, mother Betty Lee, brother Jimmy Lee and wife Monta Lee.

The visitation will be held on Saturday December 16th at 1:00pm. A funeral service will follow at

2:00pm for family and friends at Beaty Funeral Home in Mineola, Texas.

Following the funeral service, he will be laid to rest beside the love of his life, Monta Lee.

Dr. Lee will be cherished by all who knew him.
