Earl Wayne Nipper

Mr. Earl Wayne Nipper passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the age of 80. He was born on February 23, 1931 to the late Johnny and Ava Nipper. He was the owner and operator of Vista Pharmacy in Winnsboro and was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Frank Nipper and step-son, Wayne Heard, Jr. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maggie Nipper of Winnsboro; daughters, Starla D. Beard, Tonya Olson and Lori Stone; son, Joe Heard; brother, Bobby G. Nipper; sister, Nelda J. Shelton; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
