Edna Laverne Parton

Mrs. Edna LaVerne Parton went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 22, 2014. She was born on September 15, 1932, to the late Allen W. Bryant and Nannie Pairlee McClellan Bryant. Mrs. Parton was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro and was preceded in death by two sisters, four brothers, and two sons, David Wesley and Allen Scott. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Garry and DeAnn Parton of Henderson and Scott and Melanie Parton of Winnsboro; grandchildren, Kory and wife Angela, Kelli and husband Cody, Jakob and wife Shannon, Jilian and Nick; great grandchildren, Dylan, Braxyn, Zane, Tye and wife Kayla; and one great great grandchild, Cora. She is also survived by all those that called her Granny.
