Edward Allyn Kennedy

Mr. Edward "Al" Kennedy went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the age of 75. He was born on July 1, 1935 to the late L.B. Kennedy and Nobie L. White Kennedy. Mr. Kennedy was a retired State Farm Insurance Agent. Member of the First Baptist Church in Winnsboro, where he taught Sunday School for over thirty years. Served as a former director of First National Bank in Winnsboro, former City Council Member of Winnsboro, co-founder and current president of the Winnsboro Manor, and was an avid lady raiders fan. Survivors include his wife of fifty-seven years, Mrs. Jackie Halene Kennedy of Winnsboro; sons, Jerry Kennedy of Monument, CO. and Scott Kennedy of Paris; daughter, Deana Jaggers of Mt. Vernon; sister, Jenny Hall of McKinney; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
