Elva Jocielle Webb

Mrs. Elva Jo Webb, age 81 of Mineola, passed away on Saturday, April 13th, 2019 in Tyler. She was born on September 7th, 1937 in Wallis, Texas to the late Estes Lewis and Velma Legg Lewis.

She worked many jobs but loved caring for her family most. She was a member of the Mineola First Baptist Church and she enjoyed quilting and collecting antiques.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Estes and Velma Lewis.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Claude Wayne Webb Sr.; son, Claude Wayne Webb Jr. and his wife, Susie; daughter, Loraine Epps and her husband, Duane; sister-in-law, Pat Linhoff; grandchildren Alex Epps (Crystal), Rebekah Chaney (Logan), Andrew Epps (Clarissa), Emily Kelly (Dennis), Jessica Webb, Caroline Martel (Patrick), Hondo Webb, Jackson Webb and Katie Webb; and great-grandchildren, Hannah Grace Epps, Jake McCoy Chaney, and John Dennis Kelly.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 19th, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Beaty Funeral Home, 5320 S. State Hwy. 37 Mineola, TX 75773. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 20th, 2019 at First Baptist Church – Mineola, 204 N. Johnson St. Mineola, Texas 75773 at 11:00 am with Bro. Kendall Banks conducting. Alex Epps, Andrew Epps, Hondo Webb, Jackson Webb, Logan Chaney, Dennis Kelly & Patrick Martel will serve as honorary pallbearers.
