It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Euna Rlee Bradley, beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, who left this world peacefully on January 4, 2026, at the age of 101. Euna was born on February 24, 1924, in Franklin County, Texas, where she spent her years immersed in a life shaped by the rhythms of rural living. A devoted housewife, she found joy and purpose in nurturing her family and tending to the land alongside her husband.
Euna was a loving mother to her daughter, Lamanda D. Griffith and husband, Micheal, her sons, James W. Bradley and Richard O. Bradley and his wife Susan. She was also a proud grandmother to four grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who held her dear. Known affectionately as "Granny," Euna created a home filled with love, delicious home-cooked meals, and the warmth of family gatherings. Her kitchen was a hub of activity-where fresh vegetables harvested from the garden graced the table alongside her delectable chocolate pies and cobblers.
Euna was preceded in death by her husband, Owen Turner Bradley; parents, William Mack Hayes and Dora Jacobs Hayes; brothers, Grady G., J.T. Hayes and Leonard Hayes, and sister, Betty L. Johnson,
In addition to her devotion to family, Euna was active in her faith. A long-time member of the Clearwater Baptist Church, she attended services faithfully until the passing of her husband. Even in her later years, her commitment to Bible study and her ability to impart biblical wisdom to those around her remained a cornerstone of her life.
Euna's creativity flourished through her quilting, crocheting, and knitting projects, which adorned many homes and brought comfort to those who used them. Her steadfast spirit and remarkable resilience showed through every task.
Her family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to the Focused Care staff and caregivers at Cypress Basin Hospice, whose compassion and attentiveness enriched her final years, providing her with dignity and joy.
A graveside service will be held in honor of Euna Rlee Bradley at Clearwater Cemetery on January 7, 2026, at 1:30 PM, following a visitation at the same location starting at 1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in a place where her legacy of love and devotion will continue to inspire those who knew her.
As we gather to celebrate her life, we will remember her unwavering faith, boundless love, and the lasting impact she made on the world around her.
