Faye Hallman Lanford

Faye Haney was born to Ebenezer Haney and Etta Cranford in Union County, Arkansas on March 11, 1919. She married Morris “Jake” Hallman in Winnsboro, Texas on March 6, 1940. Faye was the proud mother to her two sons Morris Lynn Hallman and Jimmy Ray Hallman. After Jake passed away on January 22, 1960, Faye bought an upholstery shop in Seagoville, Texas and owned it until she retired in the early 1980’s to her house on Cedar Creek Lake. Faye resided in Tyler for the past 12 years where she passed away peacefully on July 11, 2013.

Faye is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jake and her siblings. She is survived by her sons Morris Lynn Hallman and wife Cathy of Tyler, Jimmy Ray Hallman and wife Carol of Frankston. Faye also had seven grandchildren Terri McCuistion and husband Alan of Forney, Kerri Embrey and husband Mike of Royse City, Tim Hallman and wife Leslie of Granbury, Chris Hallman and wife Glenda of Katy, Chris Kindred and wife Leigh Anne of Katy, Kelly Riley and wife Tiffany of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kelli Walker and husband James of Kaufman. She also had eleven great-grandchildren, Blake Hallman, Josh Embrey, Brooke Hallman, Kirsten Embrey, Jacob Hallman, Emma Kindred, Ava Hallman, Luke Riley, Olivia Riley, Jacob Walker, and Amy Walker.
