Frances Juette Carter

Frances Juette Carter of Alba, Texas passed away July 9, 2007 at the age of 78. She was born February 14, 1929 to the late Nathaniel and Pearl Ross in Alba. She had lived in Alba most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband O. J. Carter on January 14, 1988. She is also preceded in death by, two brothers, three sisters, two granddaughters and two step-children. She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, James M. and Teresa Carter of Haltom City, Texas, Ricky and Barbara Carter of Richland Hills, Texas, Randy and Mary Beth Carter of Alba, Texas and Trutis "T. C." and Debbie Carter of Murchison, Texas; ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
