Frances Berylene Sparks

Frances Sparks, age 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 10, 2020, in Frisco, Texas. She was born on September 15, 1938, in Winnsboro, Texas to the late Burl and Blanche Knight. She graduated from Winnsboro High School where she was the proud editor of the Tomahawk yearbook. She then went on to graduate with her Secretarial degree from Tyler Jr. College. She left college with more than a degree, however. During the spring of her first year at Tyler Jr. College, she met the love of her life, James Sparks. They went on to get married on August 23, 1958. She worked at a bank in Dallas for a few years before having their daughter, Kimberly. She enjoyed reading and playing 42 with her friends. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Sparks Macura; her grandsons Kyle Luna and Jacob Macura; her granddaughter Ashly Johnson; great grandkids Kaila, Dakota and Beckett Johnson. Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at Smyrna Cemetery in Winnsboro, Texas at 2:00 pm. Dr. David Rose will be conducting services.
